During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy room ambiance and the availability of a very comfortable bed. Also, the room location was convenient, near a shopping mall and a good restaurant. Additionally, I enjoyed the free parking that the hotel had.

The hotel has a few drawbacks that hampered my stay. Firstly, the breakfast was not very satisfying, with limited choices and poor quality food. Secondly, the room service was below average, with slow response times and incomplete cleaning. Lastly, the hotel had no gym or fitness center.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I can say that the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional. It always impresses me that I can dance around the spacious room. Another aspect that I appreciate is the friendly staff. They are always ready to help with any request, and I have never had any issue with them. Lastly, the location is very convenient as it provides easy access to public transportation.

The bathroom was dirty, and the room was not as clean as I expected. the hotel did not offer Wi-Fi or breakfast for free, and they were trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing.

I have always loved the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. The staff, though new, are friendly and the room service is good.

Couldn't stay longer.
